We’ve decided to cook Greek because if you go to the supermarket, most of the food there is Greek and, when in Rome… We still gave it our own twist anyway.
All Greek food seems to take ages to cook. These stuffed peppers are typically Greek and very tasty!
This dish is called γεμιστά (stuffed peppers) and it comes with a few roast potatoes as well. I really like the way that Greeks do roast potatoes (they don’t par boil them so they’re slightly harder) and it’s very different to English roast potatoes, but very tasty in it’s own way.
Update: The recipe we used can be found here.
